A PREGNANT weightlifter is continuing her gruelling crossfit regime just days before her due date. Emily Breeze Watson is currently deadlifting 205lb weights – and could go into labour at any time. The super-strong mum-to-be, who is in the final stages of her first pregnancy, practices crossfit - a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics and intensive cardio – six days a week. The 31-year-old has the full support of her husband, Martell Watson, a fellow weightlifter and fitness fanatic, and now she is encouraging other expectant mothers to stay active during pregnancy – despite heavy criticism. Emily, from North Carolina, America, has faced backlash online by strangers who say she is harming her unborn baby, but the fitness instructor rubbishes the claims and says she has never felt stronger and healthier. Moms-to-be, dancing to Despacito and celebrating being pregnant is brilliant ! Now gone viral
21 pregnant women got together at the Taipei Railway Station in Taiwan for a flash mob, dancing to the famous song Despacito. The video's now gone viral with nearly 100 million views.
We love flash mobs. And when there’s one that features super-cool pregnant women grooving to the hit number Despacito with such sensuality, then how can we not cheer. Because that was exactly what we were doing as we came across this video of a group of 21 pregnant women abandoning all reservations and simply dancing to the Spanish song at the Taipei Railway station.
We’re not the only ones in love with the video, which has now gone viral with nearly 100 million views, and over 4,000 shares, at the time of writing.
She captioned it with a positive message on how one should celebrate pregancy. “If you are lucky enough to have a smooth pregnancy and get the OK from the doctors, don’t be afraid to go out there and live a normal life! Walk, exercise, and yes, even dance! You actually will feel quite good about yourself and the time goes by much faster. I even think that my body is better prepared to deal with some of the uncomfortable parts of pregnancy (back ache, sore waist, morning sickness, etc…) if you can try and stay active and do what makes you happy,”

11 Mistakes Every Woman Should Avoid During Pregnancy
1 WEEK AGO by DOD STAFF
Pregnancy is one of the beautiful phases of a woman’s life after their marriage. The feeling of the baby growing inside the womb is exceptional and very special.
Pregnancy is the best time when you need to take utmost care of yourself both physically and emotionally. So, most women who experience these 9 months for the first time are unaware of the proper Do’s and Don’ts during pregnancy.
Here are some common things that pregnant women should and shouldn’t do during pregnancy:
#1. Long Gaps Between Meals:
Pregnancy ladies should not skip their meal as it leads to weakness and prompt acidity issues. You have to eat at least 3-5 times a day. Having nutritious food like egg items and crude oil in short intervals, but the gap between meals should be long.
Almost 38 weeks pregnant with twins after 16 days of contractions, lost parts or all of my mucus plus 14 times, 4cm dilated, 70% effaced, numerous false alarms, and virutally no sleep.... I have no other options... ;)
